Truck Service and 19 Point  Inspection

Includes:

Pre-trip test
Change Standard (white) fuel filter
Change engine oil and oil filter
Clean fuel pre-filter and electric fuel pump filter
Clean and service crankcase breather and check air cleaner hose for damage

Inspection of:

Belts for condition and proper tension
Unit for fluid leaks
Damaged, loose or broken parts
Clutch for shoe and anchor bushing wear with a mirror
Check bearings
Wire harness for damaged wires or connections
Electrical contacts for pitting or corrosion
Battery and terminals
Dry air cleaner

Operational Check of:

Engine oil pressure, hot , on high speed
Unusual noises and vibrations
Refrigerant level
Compressor oil level
Suction pressure regulator or throttling valve setting on defrost or heat
